Nest hot water turning on when app is showing everything is off

Hi all,

I’ve had a nest thermostat installed and I’ve noticed 4/5 times the boiler has fired up and heated our hot water tank only when everything is off. 
Scheduling is blank, I’ve turned off all the eco settings & home/away assist. 
The history also says nothing has happened it’s like it’s operating on its own. 
Any suggestions? I am resorting to turning off at the power to stop it

Ours does exactly the same!!! So bloody useless, also if this is meant to be a forum why is it empty of help ; NEST get your finger out you as a company should be actively monitoring and helping your customers who have paid good money for a crap product
