Nest hub Gen 2 keeps turning off

Hi.

My gen 2 hub works fine for 8 months since i bought it. I move house last month, when i try to plug it, it keeps on turning off and i wasn't able to add it. Sometimes, it doesn't even reach the set up screen and up to the G sign only. It's like the power source cuts off.

I try different power source but still the same. my nest mini work perfectly but this one not.

Please help.

Hi RVergara,

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Check if you can factory reset your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. If it boots up, try to do the set-up. Let me know how it goes.
