Nest hub max - Brief responses

After asking Nest Hub max to Turn On Smart plug, it's responding with a voice - "Ok turning on Smart plug". How to disable that ?

I searched alot in settings and haven't found it for "Nest Hub" device on my Google home app. But I found this setting for "My Phone" device on my Google Home app (attached screenshot)

Hey there,

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. I found an article that has more details on removing voice match. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,
Jake

Hi Jake, my question is how to switch the longer responses of Google to brief responses. For example, if I ask google to turn on tv, it will say - "Ok, turning the TV ON". I don't need that long response, just a simple chime is enough.

Hi Somaraju450,

Thanks for clarifying. I understand that it would be very convenient if that would be an option on Google Nest speakers. While this feature is not available, we’d like to encourage you to send a feedback regarding this and for any features that you’re looking forward to using with our Google Nest devices.

Feel free to respond if you have additional questions, otherwise we'll be locking the thread.

Best,

Princess
