In May, I started having issues with my next wifi. On May 18, Google noticed my nest wifi wasn't working and sent me an email offering to replace it. The last time they replied (in June), they said, "It should be within this month," but so far, I got nothing, and they stopped replying to my emails.
I don't think I need to explain why the wifi router is the most important device in my house. so, if you can't or won't send a replacement, just let me know.
By the way, the options in "Choose a Platform" are not applicable.
