Help. My google thermostat keeps saying it's disconnected from the wifi and halts the a/c. It'll then count down from 3 minutes and start again. This has been an intermittent problem that started over a week ago. The first day is was really bad I got an email from Google saying that the thermostat turned off 7 times in an hour.
I've restarted the thermostat, replaced the batteries, restarted the wifi router, and turned off the motion sensor. None of this has fixed it. Today I tried to go into the technical information tab in the thermostat settings on the Home app to check the wifi, but the tab won't load and all I see is the spinning Google circle.
What should I do?

Hello LTCD,
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Nest Thermostat. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
It appears that you're experiencing power-related issues even after replacing the batteries. Does your thermostat have a Common wire installed? If so, please gather your actual thermostat's Power information in the Equipment settings and check for any reports in the Wiring information.
I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mark

My thermostat keeps disconnecting from my WiFi.
I've restarted the thermostat, and the router, replaced the batteries, and have turned off the motion sensors (because it seems to be turning off when you walk past the thermostat.
I tried to go into the home app and look at the technical info tab for the thermostat and it won't load (is just a spinning Google circle).
I'm not sure what else to try. I'm certain my app is up to date as well.
This started a week ago. It disconnected 7 times in an hour one day last week and Google even sent me an email telling me so. Our heating/cooling unit is new so I'm pretty sure it's an app or device issue.
Help.
