Nest wired doorbell

I can't seem to find a solution.  My wired doorbell catches and hears activity but once the doorbell is rung then I get noisy feedback, static, echoing, etc.  I am on my second doorbell too.  I also happen to have a new samsung galaxy 22 which seems to be a common theme.  Google support isn't helping at all except to say uninstall, reinstall, sit up, dance, color a book, walk my dog, etc.  Seriously though I'm ready to convert to Ring

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. It looks like you've already done a good amount of troubleshooting with this issue. Could you provide me with the case number from the support team that you contacted so we can further check?

5-0189000033949.  I've been dealing with this issue directly now for a month with Google and no one is helping me!!!

Thank you for the information you provided. It appears that the higher tier support team is already handling your case. Please continue the conversation there as they have more tools than we would on the forum to look into this.

Well even the higher tier support cannot provide a fix for this issue.  I am not the only one experiencing these problems as evidenced by many others before me.  Google can't fix this issue.  Looks like Ring will now be getting my business.

Yes!  I still need help!  I've been constantly replying but not getting anywhere.  I'm at the point that I want a refund because my wired doorbell isn't working and Google Nest isn't helping me.
