Chromecast pauses every 10 minuted

I have a major issue that has become a headache. My Chromecast keeps pausing anything I play on it every 3-5 minutes. It's not buffering it just pauses. I have tried rebooting it, factory reset, restarting my router, removing the batteries from the controller, everything. How can I get this to stop happening?

Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum and for doing some steps beforehand — I appreciate it!

 

A few questions: when did the issue start? What type of Chromecast with Google TV device do you have, is it the 4K or HD model? Are you watching directly from the apps installed in your Chromecast with Google TV or you're casting it from your phone? Please unplug your Chromecast with Google TV and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. Plugging it on a different TV screen if one is available might also help.

 

If the issue persists, please do another factory reset on your Chromecast with Google TV and Chromecast Voice Remote.

I do apologize, it's been a busy couple of days.

The issue started last Tuesday.

It was the first one with the remote that came out, I believe that it is 4k.

It would happen regardless if I am streaming directly from the app on the chromecast or from my phone

 

It still has the same issue regardless of the TV or HDMI port I am using
