Trying to set up a Nest thermostat in another house

Trying to connect a nest thermostat in another house, however it is trying to connect to an assisted device in my other home when I scan the QR code. Any idea how to fix this?

If you are setting up a Google Nest device on another Wi-Fi network (as in your "another house"), the mobile device you are using for the setup needs to be logged into that Wi-Fi network and you'll need to create a new Google Nest "home/structure" for that Wi-Fi network if you haven't already done so. (Note that if you need Nest Aware, you'll also need a separate subscription for each Google Nest "home/structure".)
