Nestcam with floodlight

My camera stopped working out of the  blue two days ago. Ive since deleted it on the app and tried to reinstall it to no avail. I get to the connect part and I  cant get any farther..??

I understand how frustrating this situation can be. But don't worry; help is here. I just need to ask for some information to provide the best solution:

  • What is the status of the LED light on the camera?
  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • Do you have other Nest devices in the house?
  • Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected?
  • Has the camera ever successfully connected to this network?
