New phone or router

So, when I got a new router lost everything (cameras, doorbell and thermostat. Got thermostat and cameras back but never got the doorbell back. Now I have a new phone and after many attempts and solutions I got the thermostat back the rest nope. They won't send me the email that is supposedly going to my email to update. Nothing works. And I can't get to my aware account either, though they have my money. Short of a class action suit I am out of ideas. Thoughts?

It sounds like you're having trouble with a Nest account. You can try the advice here:

Beyond that, I don't believe Google offers account support. If you're not able to regain access to your Nest account, and it had an associated Nest Aware subscription, Google typically cannot cancel it as they have no way to verify your identity. What I recommend to users in your situation in that case is to contact your bank and ask them to cancel the payments. If they cannot do that, you may need to cancel the card being used to make the payments.

As for regaining access to your devices, you'll need to factory reset them and set them up with a new account. I'll link below the factory reset steps for the devices you mentioned. Understandably a painful process, but it will get you access back to your devices.
