I'm not sure what type it is.  The order states ##############.  Nest Audio Chalk.   Four little white lights behind the speaker gauze.  The automation is to turn on and off all 6 living room lights together, without having to have a separate one for each light.  After it runs these four lights behind the gauze flash interminably.  Why?  What is wrong with it?

Thanks for your update and for the additional information you shared. The flashing lights usually mean your Nest speaker is in the middle of completing a command, like your automation. To help me figure out what's happening, while the four lights are flashing, does your Nest Audio complete the automation (do the living room lights turn on and off)? Also, you may want to check out the following article to learn about the LED lights on your speaker.

Yes the automation works, but after the units four lights remain flashing all evening.

I've had this same issue for months with a similar automation for turning off all of the lights.

I've had this issue ever since the "upgrade" from Google Assistant to Gemini.  The automation runs just fine, but the speaker continues to flash the lights as if it's continuing to be doing work.  Happens with all my routines, indulging of I delete and remake them.  Only way to get it to stop is to say "hey Google... Nevermind" too break it out of whatever loop it was in and get it to complete another task.  PLEASE HELP!  This is incredibly annoying!
