No audio. Error message states two different google accounts not in sync

Hey friends, I need help. I am computer illiterate. I did have audio but now I don't when recording. When "live"  I  can hear. I don't know how to sync my emails. Evidently that is part of the problem. I have two Google accounts but not sure which one if not both are being used for the cameras. Please help!

Hi there, 

I can imagine this has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Have you verified which email you are using when you're logged into either the Nest App, or Google Home app? It would need to be a Gmail account in order to be connected to your Google devices, if that helps you narrow down which email you need to use to control your devices.
