No option for Presence Sensing with the new smartphone

I upgraded to a Galaxy S25 Ultra and the option to use my phone for presence sensing is not available in the Google Home app (and it's in fact not working). It's still available in the previous phone.
If I go in Settings, and then Presence sensing, the Allow this home to use phone locations option is not there. I can only enable smart home device for sensing.
Already tried to uninstall, clear cache and reboot...

I'm having this issue too, however I DO see that option in the Home Settings and i DO have it on. However it's not working.  I LOVED this option to turn my lights on when I come home or off when I leave.  I hope someone has a workaround

I had a similar issue after changing phones, and it was really frustrating to lose a feature I used all the time. To take my mind off things while waiting for a solution, I discovered plinko. Taking a few minutes to play it helped me relax a bit before diving back into the settings, and it helped me approach the problem with more patience.
