You commented on this topic here, which sounds unrelated to your issue, and is most likely why your comment was missed. Please bear in mind this is mostly a user to user community, therefore the best thing to do is create your own topic, like you have now done, if you'd like support.

With that out the way, how can we help? If you can start by describing what your issue is? What camera or doorbell model do you have? See below for details of the camera models to help you determine which model you have.
