Personal routine that checks phone battery no dictating works after switching to new phone.

Hello

I had several routines that have the "Tell if my phone battery is low" action that used to work.

After getting a new android phone earlier this month (no longer have access to the old phone) the actions when executed say "Sorry, I'm not sure which device you'd like to control." no matter what device I execute the routine.

I've tried creating a new test routine and it's able to read my new phone's battery. Is there a way to fix the old routines without having to recreate them?

Thanks

Hi viktordd,

Thanks for posting in the community. Since you recently changed mobile phones, we need to check the settings if the new phone is already listed. You can follow these steps below.

  • Go to https://goo.gle/3aFSuU8
  • Tap the profile account on the top right corner
  • Choose library & devices
  • Tap the devices
  • Uncheck your old mobile phone and put a check on mark on the new phone

Keep me posted.

Best,

Nikki
