Phone wont connect

I can't seem to connect my mobile phone to my smart TV so as I can view my live security camera footage. I've tried all the common fixes but I'm stumped.

  • What type of Smart TV do you have?
  • Has the TV been connected to the app before?
  • Are you getting any error messages when you try to add it?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
