Problem with Google home and Google tv

I have a problem, I recently was working with my Google home and Google assistent installed on my phone so I cab to turn on and off the Xiaomi with Google TV built in, using just the "hey Google" command from my home

The thing is... It used to work by opening apps like prime video or YouTube, but now, the assistent says it's done but the TV wont open the app, I have tried everything, I uninstalled the apps, do the reset on the tv and nothing works, it used to work fine but now it doesn't. 

The TV is connected to the modem by cable and the phone by wifi same modem please help
