Prompting an alarm on Nest Home Hub 2 when the Nest Cam detects a motion

How can I trigger a Nest Home Hub 2 alarm when the Nest Cam detects a motion?

I tried to set up an IFTTT applet, but (at least from the EU) it is impossible.

The Nest Cam has no integrated alarm and this is quite a handicap. What workaround using the Nest Home Hub can be used?
