Relaxing Sounds stop abruptly

This week or last, relaxing sounds began to stop playing after less than a minute, sometimes a matter of ten seconds. I have them automatically set to play on my bedtime routine, and they either don't play at all, or when I ask them to play, they stop shortly after starting.

I haven't done anything to troubleshoot yet, like restart.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s do some troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem.
 

• Unplug the power cord from your Google Home device for a minute > Plug back in.
• Command it to play a relaxing sound. If the issue persists;
• Open the Google Home app > Devices > Tap your Google Home device > Settings > Remove device > Remove.
• Back to the Devices tab, scroll down to Other cast or Local devices > Tap your Google Home device > Add to a room. Follow the instructions in adding it back to a room.
• Ask it again to play a relaxing sound.

I’m having this issue too

Factory reset fixed the issue. Went through all other troubleshooting options with support on the phone first. Only the factory reset worked.
