Cannot edit routines on Google Nest Hub (2nd)

I just got the Google Nest Hub (2nd) and cannot figure out how to edit google home routines on it. I mean really this thing is so neat I am sure we can do it on here right? Anyone know how to edit google home routines on a google nest hub ?

Linked Nest Lights on after power failure

Every time I have a power outage, typically brief, when the power returns Google Home automatically turns on all lights including 3 in my bedroom. I would like to obviously find a way to correct that. Is it possible?
