Hi Carol14,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you changed your Wi-Fi provider and you need to add your cameras in the Google Home app. I am happy to assist you!

Before continuing, please let me know what type of Google Nest cameras you have. This will help me to send you the correct steps to re-add your Google Nest camera.

I will be awaiting your response.

Regards,

Manuel

When you replace your internet router, connected devices like security cameras often stop working because their network settings are still tied to the old Wi-Fi details. If your cameras won’t connect and won’t let you scan a QR code, it usually means they need to be reset and reconfigured on the new network. Start by performing a factory reset on the cameras, then use the app to add them back using the updated Wi-Fi name and password. This should restore TCB Scans  connectivity and allow you to scan the QR code again if required.
