Google Home is paired with WeBack app. Robot is not working. Robot is connected to WiFi. I can see it in my router list (see screen in attachment). I deleted WeBack app several times. I cleared the cache etc. and added it again. I restarted the vacuum cleaner, phone, router. It still does not work. What else can I do?

Hey bertrut,
That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.
A few questions: was it working before? Are you using a private home network? If so, do you have a dual-band router?
Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router. Reinstalling your Google Home app might help too.
