I have a roku device connected to my google, it worked for a day, and a few weeks ago it says OFFLINE, and when I try to add it to a home it says “request failed “ or something along the lines,
if anyone knows what to do let me know!, that would be helpful

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved: A few things: were there any recent changes made before the issue started? When you try to control Roku using voice command from your Nest speaker, what response are you getting?
You can try to unlink and relink your Roku then try it again. Check the steps below.
Disconnect devices from the Google Home app
Note: You cannot unlink individual devices. When you remove one device through these steps, it removes all devices by that service.
When you unlink a device from a home:
