Wi-Fi can’t find refrigerator

I have a new SQ refrigerator and a strong Wi-Fi signal. Everything is synced up, but I can’t seem to get the thin Q app to change anything on the refrigerator. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for the help, Bill Heinsohn
