Hello pfjones31,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I'm sorry to hear if all of your Nest Protects are showing offline. To know more about this, I'd like to ask if there were any recent changes made to your Wi-Fi network? Were there any recent power outages? (In case you have a wired Nest Protects). What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Give these steps a try:

Try performing a safety check.

  • On your Nest Protect: press the Nest button. The blue light should turn on and it will speak to you.
  • When it says "Press to test", press the button a second time.

With the Nest app on your mobile device: If you have at least one 2nd gen Nest Protect in your home, you can run a Safety Checkup with the Nest app.

  • Sign into your account in the Nest app.
  • Select your Nest Protect on the home screen.
  • Tap Checkup at the bottom of the screen.

Try updating the Wi-fi information in the Nest app.

  • For 2nd gen Nest Protect: On your Nest app home screen, tap Settings.
  • Select your Nest Protect.
  • Under “Device options,” tap Wi-Fi connection.
  • Tap Next. Nest will attempt to connect to your Nest Protect, and it will start looking for nearby Wi-Fi networks.
  • Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Your Nest Protect should automatically reconnect.

Looking forward to your response.

Emerson
