Setup Nest camera on my cell phone and with same email got a Nest Aware account/subscription on my desktop. When I log into my Nest Aware account on my desktop it says (Add Product). But I've already added the device with the setup on my iphone. I used the same email to setup the Nest Outdoor camera on my iphone, and on my desktop Nest Aware subscription. Why can't I see my camera on my Desktop through my Nest Aware account? It's all on the same Gmail account... why aren't they connected.

When you go to the home.nest.com website on your desktop, are you accessing the exact same Google Nest "home/structure" that you are accessing when you go to the Google Nest app on your phone? (The name of your Google Nest "home/structure" displays near the top of the screen in each.) And if you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions and click on your Nest Aware subscription, does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure"?
