the instructions do not match the app on my phone, they will not work. give an error saying no devices were found, but i can go in my shark app and run either of my vacs. I'm using the Shark EZ Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum with XL Self-Empty Base - RV911AE, from target if that matters, the only sharkclean app that shows up in the play store, they are working fine with each other but when in the google home app trying to add, i go to {settings}, then to (works with google) then select sharkclean, and it saying no devices found...my broadlink, cync, and kmc smart are all working for the most part, the broadlink works my ac unit but google says it can not find it, google will work my tv, stereo, 6 lights , although it says an error occurred for one even though it works it,..thanks for the help, i know people dont want to here it but my friend has the other brand..A#$%@..lol he can use it and work everything just fine, as well as having the app on his pc to work google home..i am seriously thinking of switching but i like google ..i use it on my phone , i have google chrome on my pc, i never use the microsoft browser, i like the simple google homepage..but i put off for years and finally got the home automation stuff, and i guess i should have researched more, the main thing i wanted was to access it from my pc. sorry for the rambling and mean no one any disrespect.
