Spotlight on cam - how to turn back on after turning spotlight off

We turned spotlight off so that we can hang in the back without the lights coming on everytime we moved. 

Now we dont even see the spotlight on the settings to turn back on. 

Do I need to remove the device and then turn back on?  That would suck if I have to do that.

Are you looking under the "Lights" section of the Google Home app for the settings to turn the lights back on for your floodlight camera fixture?
