Starter with a time period as parameter

Hi everyone, I need an automation that starts after certain hour and before certain hour.

In the starters options I have time schedule, but in this option you can only choose one option of time.
I can use conditions to limit the activation of the automation, but if the automation is offline after the time set in time "schedule at:", when the automation is online again it doesn´t starts.
I dont know if I am clear with the explanation.

Is there any type of device you could use as a starter instead?  The Conditions option in the routine and Script Editor allow you to build a time window, but not the starters

I use a device with four smart switches to control lights in order to simulate presence The problem happens if the energy fails after the routine starts. In this case the routine doesn´t start again and I have a problem.
