Thermostat off, heat still on

just installed google nest. Having some issues with the thermostat stating it’s off - boiler kicking out heat still. 

previous system was red to RH, white to W.
new system is red wire to R, green to C, white to W. 

Google near is completely off, heater still on.

@MalainaIvy , verity the wire connections at the boiler.  Make sure Green is indeed from the Common of the power transformer.  Do me a favor, get the make and model number of the Boiler.

I’ve seen mixed reviews with incompatibility with Navien systems and Google nest. However, two of my neighbors in my development have the same system and have successfully upgraded their thermostats to Google nest. 

Wish I could upload photos and show where the c wire is located within the boiler. One of my neighbors stated he had the same issues as me, yet switched his C wire to a different location within the boiler, and that took care of the issue. I have tried the same, with no success.

that model has powered thermostat connections with R-W-C connections.  Connect your to zone 1.
