Thermostat problem

Please help! My thermostat is showing 2 degrees in google home app, but on tuya app (which is linked with google home) the temperature is correct (21 degrees). Also i only can ajust it from 0.5 degrees to 3.5 degrees. Thx!

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: was this working before? If so, when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? 

You can force close and reopen your Google Home app to refresh. Rebooting your phone might help too. If that did not work try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.
