Unable to connect Jlink smart lock to Google Home

Hello,

I’m trying to link my Jlink smart lock to Google Home, but I always get the error message: "Unable to reach Jlink" when I try to control it.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Removed and re-linked my Jlink account in Google Home.

Confirmed that the lock works normally in the Jlink app, even when using mobile data (so it’s online).

Verified my Wi-Fi connection (2.4 GHz, stable internet).

Restarted both the lock and my router.

Despite these steps, Google Home still cannot control the lock.

Could this be an integration issue between Jlink and Google Home?

Any guidance or workaround would be appreciated.

To gather the necessary information, please answer the following questions:

  • Have you checked if the Jlink app and the Google Home app are up to date?
  • Did you set up the device using the "works with Google” option? If so, could you please try to use the “matter enabled device” option?
