Google sent me an email for a discount code to upgrade my thermostat because my old one is no longer supported. The code is not working so I contacted Google support. They opened a ticket weeks ago and still no answer. I wish there was an AI bot that could handle this request. It seems simple enough but I can't get anywhere with the support staff. They keep telling me another department has to review this. This wouldn't be an issue they had not discontinued support for the thermostat. Does anyone know a way to escalate an issue like this? Seems like my service ticket went into a black hole.
