How best do I get an update on a claim I put in? It has been five days and I have not heard back. Was hoping for a speedy response as I need the backplate of my doorbell replaced (for some reason you can't buy one) that broke when installing it. In the meantime I kinda have a whole in my stucco wall with live cables sticking out.
