Video playback not working

I have 4 nest battery cameras all plugged into 110 power, I subscribe to nest awar plus for 120 a year nest router, 3 mesh extenders and can’t seem to watch a Vedic playback consistently at all

Thanks for posting here in the community. Let's go ahead and get the most out of your Nest Aware subscription. To confirm, are you using the same email address you used when you purchased the subscription? Also, make sure that your Nest Cameras are in the home structure where you applied your Nest Aware subscription. Hit this link for more information.
