Vivint not linking with google, but worked in the past

I have Vivint Security System and it has worked with google home for the last 3 years. I had to unlink it from my account and when I try to relink it I get Vivint smart app is not available after I log in in to the vivint prompt sign in. Please help!

Hi Wrjohnson,

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s troubleshoot it.

• Go to Third-party apps & services from your Google Account > Remove Vivint Smart's access.
• Clear the app cache. Open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Google Home app (and the Vivint Smart app) > Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
• Force close the Google Home app.
• Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app and the Vivint Smart app.
• Sign in to the Vivint Smart app.
• Open the Google Home app, then link the Vivint Smart again.

That didn't work. I still get the message "Could not reach Vivint Smart Home. Please try again."
