Voice recognition is is god-awful

Half the time it doesn't understand what I'm saying anymore since the Gemini update. 

I said turn off the lights. It turns off my Xbox. I said turn on the lights. It pauses my TV. Why does every single one of your products get stupider every time you update it?

Is anybody else experienced this?

I'll leave that last sentence. How it thought I said would I didn't say. 

And this one since there should be no punctuation in between sentence and how? And it was supposed to say has anybody else experienced this?

I know this is more than I started with. But it just proves out everything is getting dumber on Android

• Are you using custom routines for these commands, or are you giving simple, direct commands?
