Warranty Claim Run-around

My Nest Hub Max is only 3 months old, and the speaker has completely stopped working.  Regardless of any troubleshooting, restarts, or resets (normal and factory), it will not make any noise at any point. All else is working.

 

When I try to file a warranty claim with support, all I get is a long list of requirements, each one being more ridiculous than the last.

 

"Send a video of you giving it a command"

"Send a video of you restarting it"

"Send another video with your case number in the frame"

"Send another video with you unplugging it from the wall and not the back"

 

I've wasted WAY too much of my time already on this, and just want a replacement sent immediately.  Not a constant stream of delay tactics and then moving the goal posts every time I accomplish the latest ridiculous request for "proof" that it's indeed broken.

 

This stands in stark contrast to the support I've received from Google Fi over the years. Amazing and quick response.  This is the complete opposite.
