Hi, we are using chrome cast with Google tv 4k. We have reset to factory settings, dine everything you could possibly imagine. We’d be so grateful if anyone could assist us.

Cathy95, thanks for getting back and for being a step ahead of us. Could you please confirm if you can see the cast icon within the VIC app? If yes, can you see the Chromecast device as an option to cast? You may try to reinstall the affected app and reboot your phone. Using a different device might also help.
