Why does my brand new Nest Hub Gen2 not have 'Motion Sense' in settings?

Basically, the same as what everyone was complaining about on the following thread, which for some reason got closed, despite the fact that the problem remains.

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what country are you in? Were you able to set up ‘Motion Sense’ before? If yes, were there any recent changes you made in the Google Home app or your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen?

Just wanted to let you know that motion sense isn't available in your Google Home app because it's powered by Soli, which isn't supported in your country. We're always working hard to bring new features to different regions so keep an eye out for updates and news!
