Will not reset or show light doorbell

I had my nest doorbell (battery) working just fine then changed my WiFi.

Could not get the WiFi area found to change it on the doorbell.  Changed everything else on other things

Accidentally removed the doorbell from Home app

Doorbell works if on door ... Ie showing light and can hear at door the bell

Will not show light if taken off door to recharge and won't reset at all.  There's nothing! I can't get it back.  Put back on door and you can see it working and hear it outside.  Obviously cannot hear it indoors now and no doorbell on app

So it's working... Sort of

Why won't it reset so i can change it's WiFi and reattach it to home?

I have seen a few posts in this forum from customers whose camera or doorbell simply would not perform a factory reset, and have gotten replacements.

It seems that many customers have trouble successfully performing a factory reset. Some seem to have more success if they hold down the factory reset pin for longer than 12 seconds. Perhaps it's because it's difficult to actually depress the reset pin.

I have tried everything.. pins, phone pins, drawing pins, 12 secs, 20 secs, 30 secs... Putting it in at different angles.  It won't reset!  This was expensive and works, but i cannot connect it

It is not working.  I have over £100 doorbell I can do nothing with.

I just tried again and I seem to pick times they are not about

I am adding what I am saying here so I do not lose it

No reset. I lost it from home after I changed wifi and am trying to reset it to factory to go again. It will not light up when I plug a charge in, it will not reset. However, when I put it on the door it is still ringing if pressed and lighting up.

So I need to reset.

I have tried everything. Different pointy things, different lengths of time with each.

NOTHING

£170 for something that no longer works. I am not happy
