Yale smart alarm

Before the last google home update .my yale smart alarm was working ok ref automation so if i forgot to set the alarm when i got  200 metre away from house the alarm would auto set. Have tried evrrything yo get work cant meed hrlp

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand that your Yale smart alarm automation hasn't been working since the latest Google Home app update. It’s helpful to know that prior to this, your alarm would automatically set once you were 200 meters away from home. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. I know it's important for your security system to work every time, and I’m happy to help. 

To better investigate, I’d like to ask some questions: 

  • Is this a custom, personal, or household routine? 
  • When did you first notice this happening?
  • Which operating system is the device you’re using with the app, Android or iOS? 
  • Can you confirm if the device you use for the app is running the most recent update?

In the meantime, I recommend trying these next steps:

  • Make sure your device is online. 
  • Check which devices are part of your Home or Away Routines. On your Home app, tap Settings > Presence sensing. 
  • Confirm your device is added to the correct Routine.
