applications linked to my account

I reported that by going to phone settings, then on google and in the section of applications linked to my account, it does not load the apps for me, I also sent a video but the operator does not understand why he wants it in English, but I am Italian and the language set on my mobile phone is in Italian, what should I do ??????

no always blinks orange and the preview program software definitely has a bug
