I deleted my account because I could not see my camera. Now it is telling me my camera is connected to another account. But I can' t remember what account. Could someone help to delete the other account and to reistall my camera.

I’m having the same issue. Can someone please help? Tried factory resetting but it didn’t work either.

I’m sorry for the delayed response here. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: is your Nest account non migrated (legacy) or migrated to Google? Do you sign in with Nest or sign in with Google? Also, do you have multiple home structures and have you tried checking each of them?
