I'd like to view my google assistant history and listen to what was said to it. Someone gave a command to my google hub and i can see it in history, but there's no option to listen to the recording. My understanding is this should be possible.

it seems only recordings where google recognizes the voice are saved? Is this true? The voice in question is from someone it doesn't recognize. I need to listen to it though if possible.

Hi jbn1234,
Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.
Audio recording should be enabled on the Google Account used to set up your Google Nest Hub for you to be able to listen to the voice commands asked on your device. That's because My Activity will only transcribe the questions if this setting is not turned on. Note: The audio recording will only take effect after you enable this, so commands before this will not have recordings.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
Lovely

audio recordings are enabled, and I can see audio recordings where it recognized the voice (mine). But it's not showing audio recordings for voices it doesn't recognize.
Do you know why it seems to only save some audio recordings and not all?

Hey jbn1234,
Sorry for the delay. I've checked on this and our specialist team said that your Google Nest Hub should record all the audio it hears, even those that are not yours, since audio recording is enabled as long as it understands and answers the command.
Many thanks,
Lovely
