my kids adjusted some settings (the cooling/heating mode) of my Nest thermostat while playing around with the Nest Hub. Is it possible to request the ability to disable making adjustments to the thermostat from the hub?

audio recordings are enabled, and I can see audio recordings where it recognized the voice (mine). But it's not showing audio recordings for voices it doesn't recognize. Do you know why it seems to only save some audio recordings and not all?

log in to your nest account at https://home.nest.comFrom there, click the camera and then you can browse its history. I recommend, if you have the bandwidth, to set your video to the highest resolution recording possible.

it seems only recordings where google recognizes the voice are saved? Is this true? The voice in question is from someone it doesn't recognize. I need to listen to it though if possible.
