google nest problems

i have new router and can not connect my google nest to it used to say it was connected then within 1sec it said no internet connection

Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings for its devices. That's why their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem.

If you can't do that, then you need to remove the device from the Google Nest app or Google Home app, do a factory reset to clear the Wi-Fi settings (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477), and then reinstall the device.
