my nes hub 1st generation the speakers has no sound coming out

my nest  hub  speakers  won't play  any  sound  out of them I'm stuck  I don't  know  what to do to fix  this issue

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your Google Nest Hub. Is this happening to all actions you do on your Google Nest Hub? I.e., play music or ask questions? Have you already tried to factory reset it?
