I have installed two nest 2 nd gen wired doorbells. I got the blue light on the doorbell bell but during setup I am keep on getting the message f something went wrong .Also door bell doesn’t ring. I don’t know if it needs to setup first to ring. Please help

Given the “something went wrong” error and the blue light status, I recommend performing a factory reset and setting up the doorbell again. For more information on light status, please refer to this article: Nest camera and doorbell lights and sounds.
