I'm off to find a real thermostat, with real software, with REAL support! This Google TRASH, has an entire community with problems, and NO GOOGLE REPS! Absolutely the total lack of customer support is unreal! Maybe we could just "talk amongst ourselves" and solve all the problems that these money suckers never even considered? Hopefully you will find this before you find yourself wasting more on gasoline for your vehicle to reset your thermostat, than this junk will EVER save you in heating costs!
